Nothing on this site phones home without asking. This page says what Kelso Computer Company collects when you visit kelso.computer or write to us, what we do with it, and how to ask about it. It covers this website only. Each Kelso program carries its own privacy notes.

## Who we are

Kelso Computer Company runs this site. For questions about this policy, write to privacy@kelso.computer.

## Visiting

We set no cookies. If you pick a theme, the choice is kept in your browser's local storage and never leaves your computer.

Our servers may record each request's method, path, and response status. They do not record your IP address or your user agent. We use these records to keep the site running and to find errors.

The site is served by Cloudflare, which handles the connection and sees your IP address to do so, under its own privacy policy. We do not copy those IP addresses into our own records. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits, which sets no cookies and does not follow you to other sites.

If your browser blocks something on this site under our security policy, it may send us a report saying which page and what was blocked. We use the reports to correct the policy.

## Writing to us

When you write to us, we keep the thread long enough to answer you and to keep a record of the exchange. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not share your address except when the law requires it.

## Your data

Write to privacy@kelso.computer to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer within thirty days.

If a court or other authority lawfully requires it, we will hand over what we have. That is almost nothing besides the mail you sent us and the short log records above.
